  1. Readers of the blog will remember the subject of Securitisation being discussed. This article from Saturday February 25 2012 is worth sharing again.

  2. Keep up the good work of making phone calls. The Head Office number is +353 1 2376300. They have received hundreds of calls and emails registering disgust and opposition. Local offices can be contacted also.

  4. Regarding the comments regarding the workshop advertised on another post, like anything, a person must discern for themselves. Could those who called it a "scam" cite evidence it is a scam.

We advertised it as it might interest (pardon the pun) people. Some subjects being discussed are
    " YOU - Titles - Trusts - Public - Private - Debtor - Legalise - Admiralty Law - Maritime Law - Demockery - Economy - Commerceism - Creditor - Governing - Sovereignty - Jurisdiction - Constitution - Enforcement - Contracts - Solutions - Lay Litigation - Common Law - Securitisation - Trademarking - Court Process - Letter Writing - Human Rights - ACTS - Statutes - Codes - Bills of Exchange - Person - People - Reality - Money - Currency - etc., etc. -"

We have nothing got to do with organising the workshop so it is best to direct questions to the organisers.

I personally hope they reduce the costs. 500 euro is rather steep. A donation might be better.

Whilst on this subject some books were written decades ago.

  7. Mark FitzGerald Chief Executive, Sherry FitzGerald Group

Mark joined FitzGerald & Partners in 1975 and as a result of a merger between Sherry & Son in 1982 he was, at just 25, appointed Chief Executive of the newly formed Sherry FitzGerald. He has spearheaded the company's growth ever since, into what is now Ireland's largest property advisory firm.

Having been involved in the property industry for over a third of a century, Mark has written extensively on the Irish property market during a period of great transition in the Irish economy. He is one of the most influential individuals in the industry.

Mark is a former Chairman of Bord Iascaigh Mhara (The Irish Sea Fisheries Board) and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Tedcastles, one of Ireland's leading energy companies. He was the National Director of Elections for Fine Gael in 1997 and is also a Fellow of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute.
