Four Years Later …
Welcome to Christmas week. WE sincerely hope that You all have a wonderful time of it; and have come to some similar realisations & conclusions that WE have throughout the past four long years; about the State, the Banks, Courts, EU & the IMF/One World Bank etc.

Piracy in Action.
Just imagine; WE are almost FOUR years down their well
planned track, of financial rape, plunder & pillage by the
EU and IMF via the State mechanism.
WE Are ALL Unique.
It is not that we would wish or want anyone to think
in the same way or manner that we think, that would
not be possible, as WE are all unique, aren’t WE?
A Gentle Awakening …
Perhaps it is more prudent to say; rather than for you
to have a safe financial landing, which is not happening;
WE much prefer for you to have a gentle awakening.
Options A Plenty.
WE think and feel that if you can wake up gently to what
is really going on around & about you, you will realise that
you still have plenty of options. Within the context of this
message, WE will try our best to express some of these …
Beyond My Control.
In very recent years and times it has been quite important
for me, for my own sanity, to come to the conclusion and
realisation that certain things are and always will be, what
some psychologists call; beyond my locus of control.
Influence.
In other words … there are some things that you and me just
have NO control over and cannot directly influence or change.
At least not in the short to medium term. For example; have
You got control over whether or not the ECB or the local Bank
put up interest rates?
Locus.
In 99% of cases WE would have to say NO, WE do not control
the ECB or the Local Bank for that matter. Both are external to
our immediate locus of control. Equally … WE do not have any
immediate control or charge over what any perceived leaders
in Politics or Commerce do, or the way they act or respond.
How You Respond.
In other words … You cannot control anyone else. All you will
ever be able to do, is to control yourself (to an extent) and to
respond. The trouble for most People of course & this includes
me also; is that “they” know how YOU and ME will respond to
most given stimuli or circumstances, and they plan accordingly.
Stop Doing The Expected.
What if you stopped responding in the way “they” expect you to?
Most People respond in mainly one of two ways, when faced with
a serious crisis:
1. They Freeze; which is often perceived as apathy,
or commonly, Irish People blame each other for doing nothing …
2 . They React; which can emanate in complaining verbally & often
in writing, & can escalate into marches and protests & sometimes
ends in violence, injury and death (but very seldom thankfully).
Preparation is Everything.
For both of the above “responses” they have a pre-prepared set
of answers, remedies and solutions. This is exactly the point; they
have a pre-prepared set of answers, remedies and solutions. It is
my opinion that WE too should already be preparing or have a pre-
prepared set of tools that WE can use, to actively defend against
these aggressors.
Identify Whom is Hurting You.
Let’s be very clear here … the aggressors being that of any and all
Corporate Bodies, State Institutions, all Financial Institutions, the
County Councils, the Revenue Commissioners, the Courts, and all
the Political Parties and Politicians. As a good friend of mine once
stated clearly “Politics Attracts Corruption and Corrupt People” …
People of This Island.
The People of this Island of Ireland, in the past 4 years have been
progressively stripped of means to provide a living for themselves

The World is Not What it Seems …

The BIG Plan:-
Let’s assume for the moment that the County Councils and the State,
are working for and as the local administrators of the EU, and now for
the IMF and One World Bank. To a growing number of People, this is
already an evident and true fact. ALL of the direct, indirect and hidden
TAX that You and Me pay, goes into the EU or IMF coffers (FACT).
Their TAX Take.
The TAX take which also includes, but is not limited to, Fines and Fees,
Charges, Demands, Rates, Loans, Mortgages, Creditcards, the newest
stuff … Household Charges, Water and Environmental levy’s and not to
mention the fact that “they” also want to inspect how much you Piss &
S**t … in order that they can TAX you on it; and so on and so forth …
“This would seem very funny if it were a joke”.
ALL of this TAX comes and is derived from our, that is YOU and ME and
OUR Children’s actual Blood, Sweat and Tears. Our Forefathers & Fore
-mothers also gave of their own Blood, Sweat and Tears as WE do now.
They Demand …
In basic economics, there is thing called the LAW of “Supply & Demand”.
Supply & Demand is one of the most fundamental economic concepts &
is perceived to be the backbone of the so called market economy … this
epitomises the way the world has been & is … they Demand, WE Supply.
WE Demand …
There is something fundamentally flawed with the LAW. It should be that
WE Demand; and they Supply. WE supply “them” ALL, with position, post,
jobs, wages and bonuses. They in return SUPPLY NOTHING AT ALL. They
do not return our favour by asking, what it is that they can now do for us.
Instead they Demand more and more. “they” are given & appointed their
posts to serve the People of this land; and yet NONE OF THEM SERVE US.
People Get This.
Incidentally; this email goes out to ALL 500+ members of the Oireachtas &
over 1,200 members of the LAW Library & LAW Society, all Banks, all MABS
agencies; 1,000+ Revenue Club members, 12 County Councils, most
Libraries,
numerous State agencies, bodies, colleges, universities and charities and to
over 50K+ People here in Eire, the UK, America, New Zealand, Canada, and
most other countries in Europe. WE hope that You read what WE have to say
and pass it on to ALL of your Friends, Family and Colleagues that need help.
WE Understand.
WE know that all of the above agencies and privately run corporations have
Innocent People working within the confines of their walls. After all, you are
Just trying to provide a wage; a living for yourselves and your family. It is just a job, and jobs are hard come by these days. WE do not denigrate your will or wish to work, and do your best by your loved ones. WE all do the same …
WE Need You to Help Yourself!
WE are not out to castigate or intrude upon the average Man or Woman that
holds a post or a position in any form of work. WE know that you too are well aware & acutely conscious of the systems and mechanisms that the State and Corporate bodies have in place, that are systematically destroying Your own People’s lives. WE need YOUR help to change what is happening …
A NEW ENDING …
Over the coming weeks and months, WE will be Systematically educating and
training tens thousands of People how to Legally, Lawfully and Non-Violently
disengage with the current State/IMF/EU/One World Bank mechanisms and
systems of destruction. WE will need support and assistance of People from
all backgrounds, fields of expertise and knowledge, from within and without.
The Common LAW Society.
The following is a small taster of some of the data, information, education
and training that WE will be rolling out in 2012 with your support; via what
is now widely and commonly known as “The Common LAW Society”. The
Common LAW Society is a Private Society of People whose primary private
concern is to educate, teach and or train People to understand the LAW &
how to make the most equitable and fair use of LAW, without causing harm
or injury to their fellow Man and or Woman.
For Example … (Our 10 Gifts to YOU).
1. WE have learned how to answer the phone in a correct manner.
That by NOT giving the caller confirmation of a Name, Address, and
a Date of Birth, they cannot legally proceed with the call and cannot
form a Verbal CONTRACT with you. Once you inform the caller that
you calls are recorded, and that they are NOT to Call again, & if they
do, you will report them to the Garda Siochana for harassment; under
the “Non-Fatal Offences Against the Persons ACT” … it is likely, they
will NEVER call you again. Thus less FEAR, less stress & less pressure.
2. WE have learned that NO Business need pay Rates ever again.
The rates thing was instituted back in 1838 ish … by the Crown, and is
a draconian TAX implemented, that was largely responsible as a lead
to and part of the cause of the Famine or Irish Holocaust … It is not a
LAWful tax and there is no LAWful basis from which it can be extracted.
Start your new year nicely by requesting that the Council “Document &
Verify the Obligation to Pay”. In other words ask for a Contract & Invoice.
3. WE have learned;You don't have to LAWfully pay income TAX.
Therefore WE actively encourage People to engage with recorded, open &
frank discussions with Revenue or their local TAX office & ask questions about this LAWful and true fact. Later they might learn how to write and respond to Demands or requests from Revenue or the local TAX man, or how they can disengage from paying Income TAX in a LAWful manner, if they so choose.
4. WE have learned that it's Illegal to trade with an Insolventcorporation. This probably doesn’t come as any surprise to most business People. Thus WE would encourage you to call up an accountant or auditor or half decent Corporate solicitor & confirm, “it is illegal to trade, or trade with a company or corporation that is insolvent”. This is a very serious legal issue and can & will have serious legal implications under your fiduciary responsibilities, that is, if you have any. In other words, if you are trading or doing business with say a Bank that might be insolvent, you will have a legal and fiduciary care & responsibility to establish whether or not they are insolvent. As stated; if it is found that they are insolvent, or if you suspect that they might be, it will be a legal imperative that you cease & desist trading with them immediately. After all … you wouldn’t wish to get into bother with the Financial Regulator?
5. WE have learned that Copyrighting & Trademarking the namethat you currently use, can be a very powerful defensive tool against corporate and or state bullying and harassment. Seriously consider, giving yourself & your loved ones, the gift of the century. This gift will literally last a lifetime & beyond. WE will roll this out in more breadth and depth early in 2012.
6. WE are also studying and experimenting with a little knowthing called “A4V” or … “accepted for value” as it is widely called on the internet. This is a very deep subject. Although there is plenty of “information” out there on the net about it, you would be hard pushed to find much in the way of follow through and completion about it. There
is a very good friend of ours here in Ireland studying this material 24/7 and has agreed to structure a process/course, study and action plan for us, for the new year. WE might convince him to consider rolling this out to a wider audience, once we have perfected.
7. WE have learned that START Mortgages specifically identifiedand put many of “YOUR” Specific Mortgages into the Securitisation documents that are contained here:- http://www.eBook.groupsite.com/ (examine pages 121 onwards), and sold on the loan. Thus they no longer own these Mortgages at least, and you could consider asking them to
produce proof that they still own the loan. If they cannot & or will not, if they take you to court, they are bringing or presenting themselves before the Court in FRAUD.
8. 2011 has taught us; that when submitting “formal”requests for data & or making “formal” complaints about and of Financial Institutions, you should always be mindful to copy all your written correspondence in to and to include the following bodies; EVERY TIME OF WRITING.
a. The Financial Institutions Compliance Officer.
b. The Data Protection Commissioner.
c. The National Consumer Agency.
d. The Banking Ombudsman.
e. The Financial Regulator.
f. The Garda Siochana.
g. The Garda Commissioner (if appropriate).
h. The Finance Minister / The Attorney General.
There may be others that need to be copied also. Be mindful that you may need to rely on testimony or formal reports from all or any of the above to take future legal or lawful action. Always Instruct the above parties to commence FULL investigations into the matter in hand, & that nothing less than a FULL investigation with monthly or weekly, written progress reports is required, in order to support and institute possible legal proceedings or action in LAW.
9. WE will be actively encouraging ALL the People of this Island,
to issue legal proceedings; and institute the LAW, on the Financial and State Institutions, with the fullest of prejudice. As lay litigants, to the Highest and most Supreme Courts on the land and beyond. It is not as difficult or as
costly as most People perceive it to be. Once you get into this a Lay Litigants, You will just love it …
10. WE have learned that WE cannot really get this stuff wrong.
After all, WE are allowed to make honest mistakes. When WE do make honest mistakes, and WE will; all WE need do is forgive ourselves, and those that trespass against us (apparently). WE can scratch out any honest mistakes that WE have perceivably made, assuming that WE have not caused loss or injury to another Man or Woman. Then WE can start all over again. If you have perceivably lost a case through the Civil or Commercial Courts, you can appeal, re-appeal, take the matter back to Court, over and over again, until such time that you eventually win. You only lose when you give up or give in.
