ENGLISH = In its edition of October 24, the Daily Express British military source said that a joint command, formed by elements of the famous British Reconnaissance Regiment and the service action of the French DGSE, had been ordered to hunt Khaddafi’s son, Saif Islam, who had been wounded in an airstrike in the region of Beni Walid.

The order was to kill him to prevent him from becoming the new charismatic leader of the Libyan resistance, to the new NATO political order. The same paper reiterates that it is the same command on the ground who intervened to settle several tens of Khaddafi guards before delivering him to his executioners who lynched him and executed later.

The site “Geotribune” defends a similar account: “The attack on the convoy would not have been executed Khaddafi only from the air, but also on land. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization officials had suspected the presence of Khadafi or one of their children in the last stronghold of Sirte. Before the fall of the last building taken over by the Libyan patriots, NATO located where were the machines and  that vehicles stopped trying to flee the city destroyed by the invaders.

It is at that time the order was given to a British command for action. The soldiers of “elite” had not been slow to eliminate all resistance around Khaddafi and kidnap him. It was after he was handed over alive to the mercenaries of CNT before disappearing. “

The United Nations resolution on Libya prohibiting the land movement of foreign troops  in this North African nation.

Libya was the country with increased life expectancy and lower rates of poverty in Africa before the start of NATO bombing against the country.

For those of us in Europe, unaligned with either Left or Right, who have supported the Libyan system of self-government for decades, the collapse of the legitimate Libyan State under the demonic violence of the Zion-inspired NATO hordes has been nothing short of a tragedy. It is a fact, however, that we must accept. It is a reality that cannot be wished away. It is the accepting of the unacceptable, the unpalatable, that is now the first necessity, and which represents the first step in reversing recent events.

As Dennis South has pointed out in a piece at Mathaba, we need to move away from discussing whether or not the Colonel or Moatassim are alive or dead.

It serves no fundamental purpose to debate this back and forth, above all when the “information” being used is little more than hearsay on blogs, social network sites, or coming from TV sources, Telesur, RT and Al Rai above all, which might be genuine, or compromised, or simply incredulous. The enemy knows that those supporting the Green Resistance want to know the truth of what has happened.

It is natural, but the reality is that curiosity killed the cat. Curiosity is not Resistance, it is a pleasant, comforting distraction from undertaking the hard thinking and hard decisions that are vital in order to get the Resistance mobilized, both politically and militarily. For this reason, I second Dennis South’s  request to the Green Blogsphere to stop indulging in pointless speculation, and I would go further by saying that in my opinion those who continue to spread unsubstantiated, unreferenced “news” should have a question mark placed above their integrity. We have been hearing about what Saif said, but which did not appear in the short broadcast; we have been hearing about tribal leaders saying this or doing that, but we have no names and no substantiation of it; we have been hearing about Special Forces from South Africa and so on. How long before we hear that the Colonel and the rest of the family were abducted by aliens under the direction of the CIA!

The fact to be borne in mind is simple. We do not know if the Colonel is alive or dead. We know that Saif is, and that he is heading the Resistance. Beyond that we know nothing. Moreover, we need to understand that the silence of Saif on his father and his brothers implies nothing, either good or bad. Given the situation on the ground in Libya, it makes perfect sense that the leadership of Resistance remains in a blackout stage for some time – possibly weeks – until news can be more safely disseminated. What we need, however, is not radio broadcasts.

We need moving images, unspliced, dated and containing material that only the leadership could possibly know. It will almost certainly have to be a film that is uploaded to Youtube, and from a point far from where the leadership will be.

When we see the living faces, the materials that mark it clearly as post-Sirte, and we hear the authentic voices, THEN AND ONLY THEN will we know the realities.

For the record, I believe that the Colonel is alive. I find the news narratives, the photographic stills, and the wobbly camera films less than convincing. In my mind the belief that the Colonel lives is around 80%. However, what interests me now is how we will aid the Resistance in making known what they are doing on the ground. They are almost certainly re-organizing, creating new lines of communication, rebuilding logistics, identifying friends and foes, planning for tactical and strategic strikes.

Our job, then, is to AWAIT THEIR CONTACT, WHICH WILL COME WHEN THEY WANT AND WHERE THEY WANT. Patience is the order of the day, combined with the need to communicate to as many people as possible, wherever they are in the world, the horror that the whores of the New World Order have created in Libya. Patience, communication, then patience and communication again.  PLEASE STOP THE FUTILE SPECULATION AND  ADDRESS THE TRUE NEEDS OF THE HOUR!

DELINQUENT  FINANCE  I

The imminent collapse of global finance, and/or the advent of global finance on the way to global government which that collapse has been designed to bring on, should be making souls think : how did we get into this mess, and how do we get out of it ?  If Almighty God has had no part to play in such a serious crisis, then obviously he is not serious but just a feel-good Sunday pastime. On the other hand if he is as important as once the builders of medieval cathedrals obviously thought, then neglecting him will have had a central part to play in today’s triumph of finance over reality.

Indeed one must go back to the Middle Ages to understand where today’s disaster has come from. As the Faith began to droop after the high Middle Ages, so men became more and more interested in Mammon, the other great motivator of their lives (Mt.VI, 24). Thus money, natured to be the servant of the exchange of real goods and services, was unhooked from nature to become modern finance, master of the global economy. A key step in this process, leading directly to today’s mountains of unpayable debt in all directions, enslaving the world to the visible bankers, or rather to their invisible controllers, was the post-medieval spread of fractional reserve banking.

When money serves the economy, a wise State will ensure that its total quantity in circulation goes up and down with the total quantity of real goods to be exchanged in that economy, so that its value will remain steady. Too much money chasing too few goods will mean its value drops by inflation. Too little money pursued by too many goods will mean its value rising, by deflation. Either way its changing value destabilizes all exchanging of goods. Now if banks, in which depositors deposit real money, need keep only a fraction of that real money in reserve to back a much larger quantity of paper money which they can put into circulation, then by putting too much or too little into circulation, they can play with the value of money and make fortunes by lending out cheap money and demanding back expensive money. Thus financiers can take over control from the State.

Worse, if fractional reserve banking enables banks to disconnect money from reality and fabricate it at will, and if they can charge even slight compound interest on their funny money, then logically they can – and do ! – suck all real value out of an economy, reducing most depositors to borrowers and most borrowers to hopeless debt-slaves, or mortgage-slaves., taking care only not to kill off completely the goose laying the golden eggs for their benefit. The divinely inspired wisdom of the law-giver Moses was to put brakes on all lenders’ power by cancelling all debts every seven years (Deut.XV,1-2), and by restoring all property to its original owners every 50 years (Levit.XV, 10) !

And why did Moses, great man of God and therefore man of deep “spirituality”, concern himself with such materialistic questions ?  Because as bad economics can turn men to despair, towards Hell, away from God – look around you, today and above all tomorrow – so good economics make possible a wise prosperity which in no way worships Mammon, but makes it rather easier to trust in the goodness of God and to worship and love him. Man is soul and body.

Moses would surely have smashed fractional reserve banking, like he smashed the Golden Calf !

A Short Primer for Protestors

Not since the Great Depression of the 1930s has there been such anger and frustration regarding both the American economic and political systems. People feel that our politicians have betrayed us, which is certainly true. And they also are beginning to think that the economic system which until recently was considered to be a model for the world has likewise let us down. Capitalism seems a failure. But if not capitalism, what is there? Is socialism the right alternative? Or is there some other way of organizing our economy in a way that serves social justice and the common good, the welfare of all citizens, not just of those with money or power?

Before we consider that question, we should probably define our terms. When I speak of capitalism I mean the kind of economic system which is dominated by large employers, usually corporations, which employ others to work for them. Capitalism is characterized by this employer/employee divide. To an employer, especially a corporation, employees are just so many items of expense. Sure they are necessary, but the fewer of them the better, and the less they are paid the better. That way profits are greater with higher salaries for executives and bigger dividends for stockholders. Capitalism tends toward a kind of class warfare, a warfare of those with economic power against everyone else. As a result, corporations love to ship jobs overseas where wages are cheaper, or to destroy unions in order to lower wages domestically.

Because of this, many people have turned to some form of socialism in hopes of creating an economy that is more humane. Now socialism means different things to different people, and some forms of socialism closely approach the distributist economy I will sketch below. But there is no need to champion socialism, if for no other reason simply because the name itself terrifies people. Historically to label something “socialist” in America has been to demonize it.

But we don’t have to choose between the discredited capitalism that we have and a socialism that conjures up in many people’s minds the Soviet Union and its totalitarian dictatorship. There are many other paths we can take in constructing an economy. And Distributism is one that needs to be seriously considered.

What is Distributism? Distributism is an economic system in which private property exists, yes, but private property at the service of people, of the common good, not of those able to amass the most wealth and power and exploit others. Distributism aims at well-distributed private property, small and local businesses, family farms, and cooperatives. Private property is a good thing if it serves the needs of people. If it is perverted into a method of domination by the rich, then it becomes an evil.

Well, if well-distributed private property is a good thing, how can we achieve it and how could we keep it? After all, wouldn’t the rich and unscrupulous simply accumulate economic power again? Wouldn’t we end up exactly where we began?

Distributists realize that we cannot rely simply on good will to establish or maintain a just social order. Many people might be content with sufficient income and never aspire to dominate others economically. But history shows that there are some who will not be content with a reasonable portion of the goods of this world. Distributists have come up with various ideas for both distributing property and for keeping it distributed. Let’s look at some of them.

One proposal that has often been made is to use the tax code to encourage small property. That is, to apply a highly progressive or differential tax to large concentrations of property, so that large corporations, with numerous outlets or branches, would be taxed at a much higher rate than small and locally-owned businesses. This would tend to break up such concentrations of property and likewise prevent future centralization. There is nothing wrong in using the tax power of the government to achieve this end, since the purpose of the government is the common good, not the welfare of the rich or of corporations. Private property rights are not absolute, but can and must be made to serve social justice.  This is neither Marxism nor any form of socialism, but is firmly sanctioned in our historical tradition, for example, in the teachings of the Catholic Church and in early nineteenth century state regulation of corporations, before the U.S. Supreme Court invented the fiction that corporations deserve the rights of personhood. Other means to help divide property which can be implemented immediately include individual decisions to buy locally whenever possible and to boycott chain stores and corporate agriculture.

Distributism rests on the idea that private property has a purpose. That purpose is not to dominate others or to increase one’s income without measure, but rather to support the owner and the owner’s family in reasonable comfort. A person has a right to a living, but not to two or three or fifty livings. We have better things to spend our time on. Human life should be about celebration, about creativity, about community, about spirituality. We must all live together on this planet, and increasingly it is becoming clear that the destructive ways we have lived in the past will no longer work. Property can be used to aid the human race in its growth and happiness or to oppress the majority for the sake of the minority who hold wealth and power. Distributism is a way of empowering the majority, of making us owners, or part owners, of our work places. It is a threat only to those who think of the economy as an arena in which to crush their opponents and grab as much power as they can.

We can do better than capitalism, and we do not need to turn to socialism. Distributism has the potential to bring together many diverse groups of supporters and to create a just economy oriented toward providing for the real needs of all of humanity

Libyan Freedom Fighters vow to fight on against NATO and its rebels

Despite the fact that NATO and its rebel allies have declared victory over and over again, the war in Libya is far from over. In Bani Walid citizens declare their anger over the NATO-rebels’ violence and looting and vow to fight on for their historic leader Muammar Qaddafi and the free democratic Jamahiriya government.

Enraged by the acts of retribution by the NATO-rebels, tribesmen say their men are already trying to regroup into a new insurgency movement in and around the strategic desert town south of the capital, Tripoli

“The Warfalla tribe is boiling inside. They can’t wait to do something about this,” Abu Abdurakhman, a local resident, said during a tour of his house destroyed by an attack by NATO-rebel forces.

“The Warfalla men of Tripoli and elsewhere are sending around text messages saying: ‘We need to gather and do something about this. Let’s gather! Let’s gather!’”

Bani Walid, the homebase to Libya’s biggest tribe, the powerful Warfalla, which includes up to one million of Libya’s six million population with tribesman all across the country, is awash with guns, but the neighborhoods keep flaunting graffiti expressing they don’t want to be enslaved by NATO and its rebels.

Rebel forces present in the city said they were aware of the “problem” but as simplistically as mistakenly believed that with Qaddafi now declared “dead”, “hostilities would soon fizzle out in the absence of a clear goal and before developing into a formidable insurgent force.”

The city of Bani Walid looks very much like a ghost town after thousands fled following weeks of fierce fighting and indiscriminate bombing and shelling by NATO. Some families are slowly coming back, only to discover that many family homes had been ruined. There is still no water and electricity.

In one neighborhood, Tlumat, gunshots rung out and locals gathered quickly on Tuesday, some looking alarmed and hiding their faces with black scarves.

In Tlumat, crumbling walls were covered with fresh slogans sprayed in the green colour symbolizing the Al Fateh Revolution which freed Libya from the foreigners who now try to occupy the country again. One, peppered with bullet holes, shows what is in the hearts and minds of the Libyan people: “Allah, Muammar, Libya wa bas!”

Residents said rebel units appeared regularly in their neighborhood — perceived as “pro-Qaddafi” — shooting randomly in the air at night to terrorize the people in the past week. Locals also accused rebel brigades from far-flung places such as Zawiya and Garyan of attacking their homes.

“This is not a revolution. These rebels are stealing everything, looting houses, cars, people’s belongings. They storm into neighborhoods and shoot everywhere to scare the people,” said Abdulkhakim Maad, 30.

Another man who was selling cigarettes on a street corner littered with rubble and bullet casings, said: “The rebels destroyed our houses. There is a lot of looting.”

“The reaction here will be very strong”, he said. “We will fight to the death.”

Abu Abdurakhman, whose house was also damaged in a raid by rebel forces unit three days ago, said that people were so angry that even the few who initially welcomed the rebel forces have now turned against them.

“Most of the looting happened when people were away. These people see what the rebels are doing and they are angry,” he said.

The NATO-led NTC has declared it is its “top priority” to win the people’s hearts and minds in Bani Walid and to do so quickly before it’s “too late” – which already is the case because the Libyan people have made crystal clear their hearts and minds belong to the democratic Jamahiriya government and its symbolic leader Muammar Qaddafi who lives in the hearts of millions of Libyans and people from all over the world.

Many have nicknamed the new Irish President ‘The Hobbit’ because of his small stature. This is unfortunate and lacks charity but also because the society of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings is a Distributist and Christian society. A credible economic alternative to the failures of Left and Right. A Society of the guilds which is a real tool for social regeneration.

Michael D Higgins belongs to a political party that is pro-abortion. The Labour party also laments the emigration of young Irish people but at same time support mass-immigration into Ireland.

Many regarded this election as a waste of time and money, and many wrote this or other slogans on the ballot paper. The RTE website shows there were 18,676 ‘spoilt’ votes.

One thing is clear. Many in Ireland haven’t spoken yet. There is a clear sense of people feeling betrayed by political parties. Many saw the seven candidates as stooges and didn’t bother voting.

Hopefully Dana supporters are not demoralised?

Irish society has to be reconstructed and no doubt the 18,676 who ‘spoiled’ their votes and others will help reconstruct this Nation.

A Stern Warning!

It is Benedict XVI and other Modernists who are letting go of truths and Catholic teaching on the Jews. The charge of ‘deicide’ is valid and true.

“Firstly, the killing of Jesus was truly “deicide”, i.e. the killing of God, because Jesus was the one of the three divine Persons who in addition to his divine nature had taken a human nature. What was killed on the Cross? Only the human nature. But who was killed on the Cross in his human nature? None other than the second divine Person, i.e. God. So God was killed, deicide was committed.

Secondly, Jesus died on the Cross to save all of us sinful human beings from our sins, and in this sense all men were and are the purpose of his death. But only the  Jews (leaders and people) were the prime agents of the deicide because it is obvious from the Gospels that the Gentile most involved, Pontius Pilate, would never have condemned Jesus to death had not the Jewish leaders roused the Jewish people to clamour for his crucifixion (Mt. XXVII, 20). Certainly the learned leaders were more guilty than the unlearned people, says St. Thomas Aquinas (Summa III, 47, 5), but they all cried together for Jesus’ blood to come down upon them and their children (Mt. XXVII, 25).

Thirdly, at least Pope Leo XIII considered there to be a real solidarity between the Jews clamouring then for Jesus to be killed and the collectivity of Jews of modern times. Did he not in his Act of Consecration of the Human Race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus have the entire Church, from the end of the 19th century onwards, pray to God that he turn his “eyes of mercy towards the children of that race, once God’s chosen people: of old they called down upon themselves the Blood of the Savior; may it now descend upon them a laver (i.e. washing) of redemption and life”?
But Leo XIII is by no means alone in observing such a continuity amongst Jews down the centuries. Do they themselves not lay claim today to the land of Palestine on the grounds that it is theirs by right from the God of the Old Testament? Has there ever been a race-people-nation on the face of the earth more proudly self-identifying as identical down the ages?

Originally raised by God to cradle the Messiah, alas, when he came they refused, collectively to recognize him. Collectively also,meaning there are always noble exceptions, they have remained faithful to that rejection, so that they changed their religion from that of Abraham and Moses and the Old Testament to that of Anas, Caiphas and the Talmud. Tragically, their very messianic training by God drives them to go on rejecting the one whom they hold to be a false messiah. Until they convert at the end of the world, as the Church has always taught they will do (cf. Rom. XI, 26-27), they seem bound to choose to go on acting, collectively, as enemies of the true Messiah.

Ahead of the interfaith meeting later this week in Assisi, Italy – hosted by Pope Benedict XVI and to be attended by 300 religious leaders from around the Globe – the World Jewish Congress (WJC) has urged the Vatican to forcefully oppose attempts to blame Jews collectively for the death of Jesus. Deputy Secretary-General Maram Stern, the WJC official in charge of inter-religious dialogue (pictured right at a meeting with the pope in 2010), said: “Last week, Catholics were treated to another despicable tractate by Bishop Richard Williamson whose point was to derail Catholic-Jewish reconciliation and to revive age-old anti-Semitic canards such as that of Jewish deicide. This was a timely reminder that there are still many clerics out there who vehemently oppose and actively undermine dialogue and reconciliation between Catholics and Jews.”

“Unfortunately, some Catholic splinter groups such as Williamson’s Society of St. Pius X continue to defend and propagate medieval anti-Jewish teachings. It is therefore important not to jeopardize the enormous achievements made in Catholic-Jewish dialogue over the past decades by allowing preachers of hate in again through the back door. Certainly, notorious anti-Semites such as Bishop Williamson must not be granted a place in the Catholic Church,” Stern declared.

Last week, Williamson – who in 2009 publicly denied the existence of gas chambers in Nazi death camps and was convicted by a German court earlier this year of Holocaust denial – wrote on his web blog: “Only the Jews (leaders and people) were the prime agents of the deicide” [of Jesus Christ], and not Roman Prefect Pontius Pilate. Williamson also alleged “a continuity amongst Jews down the centuries”, indirectly blaming today’s Jews for Jesus’ death.

Maram Stern, who will represent the World Jewish Congress at the Assisi gathering, said Jews around the world valued that Pope Benedict XVI, like his predecessor John Paul II, “is sincerely committed to strengthening inter-faith dialogue.” Stern urged the Pope to reiterate statements he made earlier this year in his book on Jesus and turn them into an article of faith of the Church.

In the summer of 2008 Judaism Discovered was published in high quality smyth-sewn (stitched) hardcover, a massive, nearly indestructible textbook-sized 1102 pages, profusely illustrated, with numerous photographic reproductions from the Talmud and cognate rabbinic texts. Despite receiving only one review (a libelous farrago), and being boycotted by people and groups who purport to be Christian activists contra the Talmud, in three years this encyclopedia-like reference work went through three printings and sold nearly 4,000 copies.

Since 2008 I have been approached by numerous persons asking us to reprint my original, slender groundwork study,Judaism's Strange Gods, which was first published in 2000 and was superseded by Judaism Discovered. Their plea was that only a small, elite group of specialists would have the time or inclination to digest a work as large as Judaism Discovered and that I should not neglect a book for general readers, for the masses.
At first I rejected the idea. I bristled at the proposition of a "dumbed down" edition. I felt that with the intensity and prolixity of propaganda for Judaism and rabbis in western society, that 1100 pages was the bare minimum necessary to provide the reader with a sufficiently persuasive and documented antidote, and that one didn't have to be "elite" in order to study and benefit from a textbook. High school and college students do it everyday.

Over time however, it dawned on me that while my proposition was correct, I was wrong to neglect the ordinary person with limited time who would otherwise be left to their own devices if a book refuting and debunking Judaism was not offered for their benefit.
Reprinting Judaism's Strange Gods in its original 2000 form, "as-is," was out of the question. Too much additional material had been unearthed to stick with the first edition. I decided instead to condense Judaism Discovered and issue the "reader's digest"version as Judaism's Strange Gods. This is the work that has consumed me these past several weeks - distilling the contents of Judaism Discovered to a manageable paperback that would nonetheless constitute a solid case for the prosecution, and contain some new research that has come my way since 2008.

(We did not raise the funds for reprinting Judaism Discovered which is, sadly, out of print, but we are working with a technician to produce a digital version for the Amazon Kindle, and the Kindle app for iPad, and perhaps other digital platforms as well).

Voila: Judaism's Strange Gods: Revised and Expanded Edition is now at the printer, thanks to donors and investors who wanted a pithy guidebook to Judaism that could be read and understood by non-specialists. At 381 pages it represents just slightly more than one-third of the contents of Judaism Discovered. But the gist of the larger book is in the condensed volume and if I do say so myself, the material in Judaism's Strange Gods is better organized and more tightly and cogently presented than in Judaism Discovered.

Judaism's Strange Gods is set in easy-to-read type. A professional graphic designer and artist combined to produce the cover. The contents have been reorganized to be more contiguous. I have included new material. If it were possible to get tens of thousands of copies of this book into the hands of American Christians of good will and an open mind we could undercut and correct the current mad direction our nation has embarked upon (our goal is to distribute 75,000 copies of Judaism's Strange Gods in 2012).

Americans are living a lie, or rather a series of lies, among them that the 9/11 terror attacks were committed by a handful of Arabs; that we can spend trillions of dollars on foreign wars and 700 military bases around the world and still maintain quality of life for our own people; and that we can sell Communist China the rope to hang us with and we'll still have a viable economy (General Electric recently announced a deal that will result in the transfer of advanced avionics technology to China's military!).

People have been so worried as to whether the Leader of the World Revolution, Muammar Qaddafi of Libya, is dead or alive. Let us examine this question, and reach some definitive positions based upon the Third Universal Theory, which Muammar Qaddafi championed.

First, let us consider why it matters, or does not matter. To the terrorists attacking Africa's Libya, NATO, the mercenaries and the "Islamist" rats it matters, because that has been their key number one objective, from which all else follows. For them Qaddafi = Libya = Jamahiriya.
NATO, the American-European military alliance has dug itself into a corner from day one, because their first aim was to kill Qaddafi, and the reasons for them wanting to do so have been explained in countless other analysis articles here on Mathaba.Net.
From the start of the NATO bombing, which they thought would take 2 to 3 days to achieve its objective of killing Qaddafi, later revised to 2-3 weeks, then 2-3 months, and then "indefinitely", Mathaba stated that NATO would not be able to do so.
On the very day of their biggest ever failure, when they went in an all-out massive desperate bombing of Qaddafi's home which he still would not run away from, in order for the Rome meeting of Clinton to be able to declare a victory, it backfired when he went out to feed the animals, and instead his 3 grandchildren and youngest son died along with many others.

That damaging news was immediately squashed by the sudden release within a few hours, of the "death of Bin Laden", so as to deflect world media away from sympathy for Qaddafi and his family, and toward the power and might of the USA. Only problem is, on the web, people quicklyfigured out that this was not Bin Laden who was dumped at sea, let alone the problem that he had died many years earlier.
But that did not matter, because 99% of tell-lie-vision (TV) viewers believed it, just as they did when Obama's White House came up with his forged birth certificate, which later proved as evidenced by traces left in the history of the file uploaded to the White House web site, to be a fake because it had been edited, not only scanned.

Understand that the "international media" meaning this crowd, always get their way, because most people get their news and influence from there. They report a lie ad infinitum (such as the "Libya did Lockerbie" lie) but when the opposite is proven to be the case (witnesses admitted being paid $4million each and recanted their evidence), that "new" news is either not reported, or reported only in passing, on some small inner pages or paragraph.
Now we have the reasons and timing for Qaddafi's "death", before we address whether he is actually dead or not, and why he is dead and is not dead.
Reasons include that a recent internal NATO and CIA review of the war on Libya revealed it to be a mess and a pathetic failure. Not only had Qaddafi continued to survive, but he was getting more famous by the day, and with that, the danger of his ideas and example, being discovered. More on that in a while.

Further, the objectives, to control Libya, it's oil and water, and to separate it from the rest of Africa, also failed abysmally, even though they cut off all Libyan broadcasting stations, both TV and Internet, bybombing, denial of service attacks, hacking, and threats -- the green resistance continued especially in central Libya.
This, in spite of non-stop bombing, missile and terrorist attacks, and a total blockade and siege and then destruction of democratic Jamahiriya cities where the population were holding out, and where the "rebels" could not enter: mass starvation and total destruction ensued, bombing of hospitals, and over 60,000 dead.

Yet still those civilians in those towns, armed to defend themselves, did not give in to NATO bombs and terrorist rockets and assassinations. Then NATO in desperation started to use banned weapons, mini nukes, chemicals, and "poor man's" fuel bombs, resulting in further large-scale massacres, in the past week.

The world media was about to be unable to ignore this any further although they had been silent during months of atrocities and blockades, with photos now emerging in recent days, showing a town utterly destroyed with bodies littering the streets. An urgent distraction was again needed.
With in-fighting in recent weeks between the rebels, monarchists, kleptomaniacs, criminals, 'al-Qaida' and mercenary groups all initially united only in their hatred for Qaddafi now falling apart and in open confrontation with mass resignations from among their ranks and leadership, something needed to be done.

With NATO pilots and drone operators realising that there is indeed a very real danger of them having to face justice for war crimes and

crimes against humanity, and with pilot fatigue and dissatisfaction creeping in as after 8 months of non-stop aerial bombing the truth has become known to them that they are not there to protect civilians but instead to bomb them, something had to be done.

Hillary Clinton needed to visit Tripoli, to "rally the troops", and provide a brave face for the Europeans who were increasingly worried about being on the forefront of a war that they have started to realize they cannot win, and which will ultimately backfire, for many reasons already covered here on Mathaba.Net and elsewhere.

So, the big white lady descended on Libya for a few hours and spoke,calling for the capture or death of Muammar Qaddafi, knowing that as with Bin Laden, the videos and images were already prepared. Lo and behold, presto, a day later, "Qaddafi" was both captured and killed.
Yes, he is now dead, for the world media. And the incredibly and deliberately shaky videos, prove it, as do the doctored still images. No one, especially not Obama, needs to declare Qaddafi dead, for the rebel "TNC" so-called Transitional National Council (or what is left of it, less than a dozen people), said it is so, and Jazeera and Al-Arabiya as well as PRESS TV and Russia Today echoed the "news" as fact.

Problem is, he is also not dead. Not only because he was not captured and not killed, as reported elsewhere here from reliable sources, but because he already lives in the hearts of millions. And this now brings us to the next point, as to in which ways Qaddafi is dead or alive, and whether and how much it matters.

Qaddafi is alive. It matters, because NATO has thus not won the war, and not even won their first "easy" objective. It matters because some people need a leader and won't operate without that leader: the large numbers of volunteers converging on Libya from around Africa, are not all going there for reasons of defending Libya, Libyans, or even Africa, but because of their love, appreciation and solidarity for Qaddafi and wanting to help him as the "Brother Leader".
Yet, even though Qaddafi did not die and most people still have not woken up to the fact that we live in a digital world where all images, videos, and sound, can easily be forged -- not only by easily available commercial image and sound manipulation software, but by military grade programs and super-computers.

People have not woken up to the fact that the very "main stream" media they have come to rely on, as well as their political leaders, have less education, less common sense, and less experience, than one would expect, and thus are also easily misled.
But one day, Qaddafi will die, and in that sense is already dead, as the rest of us are too. However, he has lived to see his philosophy actually put into practice, something very few philosophers in the world have ever had the privilege of. Sadly, he has also lived to see it destroyed. But no quite.

What has been destroyed, is Libya, but not the Jamahiriya: not the values, ideals, and democratic, economic and social relationships that have proven to be so strong as to withstand the world's most powerful and brutal military forces for almost a year, and still hold out. And this has resulted in a great opportunity, as we shall see.
The entire world faces a cross-roads over the coming year, and we remember the New Year message from Mathaba on 28th January 2011 saying that this would be the most important year ever:

This, and the amazing economic benefits that resulted from it, are the reason that even during NATO bombing he could go around Tripoli in anopen air car and no one would shoot at him, without any real security, as shown in this video shot during April this year, one month into the bombing of his home.
Other truths started to surface, and resulted in millions of people world wide posting videos, articles, and comments on social media. Truths such as these.

Now, what is to be done, and what is Muammar to do? Actually, he has been trying to tell everyone who has been listening these past many months, a few key points and yet from what we see, it is not getting through to everyone, even those who are his fans around the world, and which we summarize here below:
* I am not the Libyan resistance, the Libyan resistance is the people. They will continue to fight, until NATO and all others against them, leave Libya. They will lay down their lives to defend their freedom, as will many of my own family. I live in their hearts, and in the hearts of millions.
* I am not the government of Libya, I do not hold any official government positions. I am a revolutionary. I am outside of power. Power rests with the Libyan people.
* I have spoken all my words, so many times, until I grew tired. "It is all there in the pages of The Green Book. Please read it and you will understand."
* I have completed my work, I gave power, wealth and arms to the people, who possess it. I am just one man among millions in Libya.
* I brought to light the Third Universal Theory. It is as if mankind had become locked in a cave without sunlight, and forgotten what sun light looked like. I found the rusty keys on the floor, and put them in the lock. Thus all that is needed is to turn the key to come out into the sunlight again.
* The Green Book is a collection of truths, showing the way for solving the problems of power via democracy, wealth via socialism, and the social basis of the Third Universal Theory. As the farmer, I did not create the fruits, but picked them from the tree and placed them into a basket, The Green Book.
The above are an English language para-phrasing of some of the things he has said. During the current conflict he also gave clear advice:
* I will never give up on Libya, I will fight to the end, I will not run nor leave my home land.
* NATO will have to leave, they can never occupy Libya, they will never live in peace stealing our wealth.
* The (rebels) will not last one day without NATO, so they should make peace now while they have a chance.
* Do not trust the media, they will say I have said this or that, that I have died, or that I am here or there. They lie, and are easily manipulated, so do not trust them.
* No orders are needed, come out into the streets, clean the country from the rats until the green flag of freedom is flying everywhere again.
So, why does anyone need to hear from him yet again? What difference does it make if he is alive in freedom, or dies in freedom? Either way, is victory. Either way, is a motivation to those who love him. If he is alive, they are motivated, if he is martyred they are motivated.

Why are people avoiding getting on with the real work to hand, which is to, among other things:
* Study The Green Book and put it into practice, forming green charter committees everywhere and calling for people's conferences.
* Organize and mobilize, hold rallies with green flags, videos, posters, t-shirts, or even travel to Africa to defend the Jamahiriya.
* Get out there and spread the truth, call others, wake them up, show them the evidence, recruit more members to the movement.
* Report your actions, submit rally, meeting, protest, or other reports and statements via pub.mathaba.net
* Network with others, using open source tools such as mathaba.info

The Green Charter Movement will soon be launching a wiki in addition on its web site, which will explain many of the concepts, definitions, and structures of the movement.
Remember, even though the Leader is at the time of this writing still very much alive in more ways than one, he does not need to speak: all has already been spoken and written, it is now up to us all to hear those calls and put them into practice, and then in future if the time is right and we have finally done something along the way of building a Universal Jamahiriya, he may choose to address us again. For now, let the enemies of freedom remain confused and fearful, while we move forward united and strong, and continue the green march to people's power as a solution to the problems of corruption, exploitation, oppression, war, need and greed.

The ‘Rebel’ Assassination of Muammar Gaddafi: a NATO Operation from A to Z

Muammar Gaddafi – revolutionary leader of the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya – was assassinated on Thursday 20 October, 2011, in the Libyan city of Sirte. The precise circumstances surrounding his death have been clouded with mystery and contradicting reports, but the media consensus is that NATO’s ‘rebel’ stooges captured and killed him. This has lent the unelected and universally despised NTC occupation government a decisive propaganda victory in the war on Libya. However, a picture is emerging as to the actual circumstances of his death, one that puts NATO special forces – likely the British SAS – in the centre of the frame.

SAS squads hunting Gaddafi for weeks

NATO special forces including the British SAS have been on the ground in Libya since February – long before the beginning of the Orwellian ‘no-fly zone’. These forces set up bases in Libya from which they trained and directed the poorly-trained ‘rebel’ mercenaries being used as pawns to overthrow Gaddafi. The Libya war would not have been possible without the presence of these special forces. NATO airstrikes have been coordinated by these operatives on the ground. Further to this, the incredibly inept ‘rebels’ have proven themselves utterly incapable of achieving and holding a single military or strategic victory against the overwhelming size and breadth of the indigenous Green Libyan Resistance. Operation Mermaid Dawn, coordinated and overtly carried out by Western special forces and soldiers, was an indication of the sheer ineptitude of the tribalists, terrorists and extremists fighting for NATO as ‘Libyan rebels’.

After Operation Mermaid Dawn in August, British SAS soldiers, dressed in civilian Arab garb and carrying the same weaponry as the ‘rebels’, refocused their efforts towards hunting down Muammar Gaddafi. Furthermore, the British media was replete with reports of this special forces activity on Libyan soil.

A matter of days ago on Thursday 20 October, 2011, NATO’s war on Libya culminated in the assassination of Muammar Gaddafi. As could have been predicted for a war replete with brazen psychological warfare, the ‘official’ story was that the ‘rebel’ forces had captured Gaddafi cowering in a sewage pipe, and he subsequently died in their custody. This story was betrayed by the fact that NATO themselves admitted to bombing the revolutionary leader’s convoy as it was travelling in the Sirte area on that morning. U.S. officials confirmed that an American Predator drone fired on the convoy, as did French aircraft. In reality it is not justifiable to claim a ‘rebel’ victory here, when NATO bombs were instrumental to Gaddafi’s capture, as they were to the entire war.

Knowing that NATO had targeted Gaddafi’s convoy, and knowing that the British SAS had been hunting him for weeks, a logical person will deduce that NATO would have been tracking the convoy during and after the strike, and an SAS squad would have been rapidly sent to the location.

This theory is bolstered by a recent report from the well-connected Israeli intelligence outfit DEBKAfile. In a report titled ‘After helping to kill Qaddafi, NATO prepares to end Libya mission‘, DEBKA reveals that its military sources indicate Gaddafi was captured and shot by NATO special forces:

DEBKAfile’s military sources report mounting indications that a NATO special forces unit – although of which nation is unknown – located and captured Muammar Qaddafi in the Sirte area.

They aparently shot him in both legs to prevent his escape and informed a Misrata militia of his whereabouts, knowing they would kill him in view of the town’s long reckoning with the former Libyan ruler. NATO was guided by two considerations: First not to comprise the presence of ground troops in the battle zone in breach of the alliance’s UN mandate; and second, to give the Libyan rebels a psychological victory – especially after they failed in battle to capture Qaddafi’s home town of Sirte.”

Qatari special forces are known to have a long relationship with the British SAS, dating back 20 years. Qatari special forces were involved in Operation Mermaid Dawn. NATO’s inclusion of Qatari forces allows the occupying forces to: a) minimise the chance of Western casualties and the resulting political fallout, and b) more easily impersonate indigenous Arab Libyan fighters.

In light of the known SAS involvement in coordinating airstrikes and hunting Gaddafi – in addition to DEBKA’s report – it is highly likely that British special forces (or Qataris led by the British) captured Gaddafi and handed him over to the occupation ‘rebel’ forces after callously shooting him to prevent escape and ensure his eventual death.

The media consensus however paints an entirely false picture of a ‘rebel’ victory. These occupation stooges have been unable to hold a single city without NATO’s bombs, bullets and hellfire missiles first razing everything in their path. Every single decisive event in the war on Libya has been achieved by NATO while being fraudulently attributed to this group of witless, power-hungry rats. Even the ultimate ‘victory’ of capturing and murdering Muammar Gaddafi, was handed to them on a plate by foreign forces – the real face behind the so-called Libyan ‘uprising’.

Riot Police Attack French Catholics

PARIS, France, October 21, 2011 (LifeSiteNews.com) - A group of Parisian Catholic students was beaten by riot police during a protest in front of a theater during the premiere of a blasphemous play by Italian playwright Romeo Castellicci, on Thursday evening.

On the Concept of the Face of the Son of God is a scatological representation of an old man wracked with diarrhea whose son wipes and cleans him repeatedly on stage under a large reproduction of a Face of Christ by Antonello da Messina. Brown feces fill the stage - synthetic odor included -, the two actors leave the stage, then a dozen children carrying schoolbags make their appearance and throw plastic grenades at the image of Christ. The image later appears to crack up and a dark liquid similar to the feces seen earlier invades the face which is then covered with the words, “You are not my shepherd”.

For the first night at the publicly subsidized “Théatre de la Ville” in Paris on Thursday, several unrelated groups organized public protests. One group had bought tickets and disrupted the show with stink bombs before climbing on the sage with banners proclaiming “Cathophobia : we’ve had enough”. Riot police entered the theatre to move out the protesters, some of whom were arrested.

Another group of young activists of the historic French royalist movement, l’Action française, chose to organize a peaceful demonstration in front of the theatre. A few dozen young French Catholics chained themselves to the railings of the theater under the noses of three vanloads of riot police (“CRS”) who quickly closed in to dislodge them. Heavy-handedly using their bats and teargas, the armored police forces beat up the young people, handcuffed them and forced many of them flat on the ground.

One young man who was lying handcuffed, with part of his body on the street, unable to move, was injured at this point when a police van backed into him, riding over his foot. The injury appeared to be severe as he was in great pain, and he was quickly evacuated by emergency services to the nearby “Hôtel-Dieu”, the historic Parisian hospital near Notre-Dame. As it turned out there was only a severe flesh wound. A complaint is being lodged against the police force responsible for this brutality.

Seventeen other young demonstrators were arrested and kept in police custody for 24 hours, at the end of which three of them were charged with “rebellion”. One of the young men has also been charged with “theft” as one of the police force’s caps was missing…

At the beginning of the week the rights defense group AGRIF (Alliance against racism and for the respect of French and Christian Identity) used an emergency procedure to obtain an order to block the showing of On the Concept of the Face of God. The request was rejected on the ground that some scenes were undoubtedly offensive and violent, but that they were susceptible to many contradictory interpretations.

The judge, Emmanuel Binoche, made clear that there is no anti-blaspheme law in France.  Although the judge was correct, anti-hate-crime laws nevertheless make it an offense to dishonor and ridicule believers through the most sacred aspects of their faith. Still Binoch ruled that AGRIF must pay the “Théâtre de la Ville” 1,200 euros in costs.

The judge’s stance aided by the fact that a few priests have been applauding Castellucci’s play for its thoughtfulness and insight.

On the other hand, a growing number of French bishops have publicly voiced their dismay at the rising number of anti-Catholic shows and plays: cardinal André Vingt-Trois of Paris and the spokesman of the French bishops’ conference, Mgr Bernard Podvin, both called on French Catholics to make their indignation public and to question public funding of the shows.

In December, Paris will be hosting a Hispano-Argentinian play called Golgota Picnic which outraged Spanish Catholics when it opened in January this year in Madrid. Like Castellucci’s work, it is obsessed with the image of Christ and heaps insults and accusations on the Church. Typically, it accuses the traditional representations of the Crucifixion of planting the seeds of pedophilia within the priesthood.

Another Catholic group which launched a petition (defendonslecrucifix.org) against these plays, “Civitas”, received support from a French bishops including Mgr Aillet of Bayonne and Mgr Aumonier of Versailles who encouraged Catholics to react against these “insults to our faith”

On October 20, the mainstream media were reporting that NATO on October 21 will meet and announce that, now that Gaddafi has been “killed” (or so they claim), NATO will leave Libya within “a couple of days”. You can easily find articles by Googling, “NATO to end war on Friday, October 21.”

Now, keep in mind that NATO lies “through its teeth,” and we can’t necessarily believe this report. But I present here what I believe is happening, some by way of review:

1. NATO predicted a battle that would “only take weeks.” It got bogged down foreight (8) months.

2. NATO remained furious with the incompetence of the rats (rebels), and expressed their frustration openly, many times.

3. NATO announced that its pilots were suffering from fatigue.

4. NATO commanders began to express fears of being brought before a Nuremburg-style court, on charges of war crimes, and began telling some of their pilots to stop bombing, even though they were flying over Libya.

5. At a meeting in the third week of September, which I reported here at Mathaba, and which was recorded in a DEBKAfile report, NATO met with U.S. intelligence agents, at CIA headquarters, for an assessment of progress over the last eight months. And their own conclusion was the following: NATO’s 8-month operation has been “ineffectual” and, at times, “pathetic.” For new readers, DEBKAfile is an Internet news organ specializes in military and intelligence and security issues, and is considered a top-rated organ. Its analyses are often correct.

6. If reports that us “information warriors” have been receiving, via blogs and other sources, have been correct, the Green Resistance has been making remarkable progress, gobbling up city after city after city, including most of Tripoli.

7. The TNC has never been able to create a stable cabinet to run the affairs of their imaginary new Libya. No more than two weeks ago, 90% of its members resigned.

8. Intense in-fighting, including actual military battles between “rebel” brigades, have been ongoing since the very beginning of this war. This fighting, recently, has mostly taken place in Misrata, although we’ve received reports that heavyfighting has taken place in Tripoli between rival Al-Qaeda gangs, as well as between rival rat gangs.

9. The Tuaregs entered the war [Have you noticed how fast things have moved since The Tuareg tribe entered this war? Their fighting, at several places, has helped move The Resistance forward].

10. Time.com reports: “In Tripoli, Libya’s Interim Leader [Jibril] says He Is Quitting – His warning underscores just how much Libya is now in limbo — and just how dangerous that might be. The exhilarating sense of victory, which gripped the world’s attention when rebel columns rolled into Tripoli on Aug. 20,has largely dissipated, Jibril said, looking glum, rather than a man rejoicing liberation.”

Why would Jibril quit at this time of “glory,” when Muammar Gaddafi issupposedly dead?  Why? Why would he be “looking glum” at this time.

Here is what I believe has happened. The political leaders, who do control NATO totally, have had it. They instructed NATO to do something–anything that could give them a “good” excuse to end this war, save their money, and so-call proclaim a victory.

Here comes Hillary Clinton, the racist, psychopathic, war-mongering witch, just yesterday, calling for the death of Muammar Gaddafi. And suddenly, one day later the deed is supposedly done. Is this to be believed? Perhaps.

It appears to me–although I cannot prove this in absolute terms–that NATO has surrendered, due to pressure from the political forces that control it, as well as due to it’s own assessment of its performance as being “ineffectual” and “pathetic.” In short, NATO might soon be leaving the rats out to dry–something that Brother Leader Colonel Muammar Gaddafi had predicted, and warned the rats about.

The northern countries lie, yes.  But this time they might be telling the truth and this report was not mean to leak out. I find it very odd that they suddenly decide that one day after the alleged death of Gaddafi, they are going to declare the war over with, even though fighting continues at this moment.

Mathaba has informed us that the Green Committees have stated that Muammar Gaddafi is alive in well. That report might change, as time goes on. The mainstream media say the opposite. An initial report from AlgeriaISP, which stated that Dr. Moussa Ibrahim had announced that Muammar Gaddafi was actually killed, is now said to be a complete hoax (See Libya S.O.S.) .

As time passes, more and more of the pro-Gaddafi blogs are reporting (on what basis, I do not know) that Muammar is alive and well.  T-West, of AfriSynergy, submitted a video report that states that Muammar Gaddafi is not dead. Morris Herman doubts the media reports. Stephen Lendman believes NATO and the rats are lying. The Russian supporters at Za-kaddafi.ru are adamant that the mainstream media reports of the death of Gaddafi are false.

In truth, it doesn’t matter. This war was never about Muammar Gaddafi. This war is about justice vs. injustice. It is about freedom vs. slavery. It is about psychopathic racist domination vs. sane, human cooperation and love.

The fight has to continue, whether Muammar is dead or alive; whether he is out of communication due to strategic reasons, or whether he’s out in the open speaking freely.  The fight is a global fight for the emancipation of the human soul.

People, I ask you to continue your humble and heartfelt prayers that Almighty God allow justice to finally prevail; that He give us the understanding of why this crime was allowed to take place; that He make us worthy of the task of holding up the Green Flag of universal truth; that he forgive us our weaknesses, and that He help us to attain the Final Victory of Peace.  Ameen (Amen).
