Deus, cuius hodiérna die præcónium
Innocéntes Mártyres non loquéndo,
sed moriéndo conféssi sunt: ómnia
in nobis vitiórum mala mortífica; ut fidem
tuam, quam lingua nostra lóquitur, étiam
móribus vita fateátur. Per Dóminum nostrum
Iesum Christum, Filium tuum, qui tecum vivit
et regnat in unitáte Spíritus Sancti, Deus, per
ómnia sæcula sæculorum. Amen.

Collect
O God, whose praise the martyred Innocents
on this day confessed, not by speaking, but
by dying: destroy in us all the evils of sin,
that our life also may proclaim by deeds Thy faith
which our tongue professes. Through our Lord Jesus
Christ, thy Son, who together with Thee liveth and
reigneth in the unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world
without end. Amen.
