Swedish TV Journalist Refuses to Give Witness in Germany
The legal investigation in Germany regarding the British bishop Richard Williamson, representing the traditional Catholic SSPX movement, has come to a standstill. The reason is that the journalist Ali Fegan from Swedish Television does not want to go to Germany to give witness. Contrarily to Ali Fegans refusal there is another person from Sweden who wants to go to Germany to give witness, against Swedish Television.
In January 2009 Swedish Television broadcasted a TV-programme about the Catholic society SSPX. In this programme one of SSPX's leading bishops, Richard Williamson, was interviewed.
The journalist Ali Fegan asked the bishop about his opinion concerning the pogroms and killings of Jews during the Third Reich and the bishop answered that the Jews came into severe difficulties and tragically many of them were killed. The bishop assessed that according to the historical evidence he had encountered probably as many as 300.000 Jews had to pay with their lives but there is not enough evidence, as far as he is aware, that as many as 6 millions Jews were killed during the holocaust.
In Germany it is regarded as a crime to question that the number of killed Jews during the holocaust is anything else than 6 millions. Accordingly Bishop Williamson was reported to the prosecutor for hate crime.
Many people have after the broadcast made serious allegations against Swedish Televisions journalistic methods. One of several persons victimized by the sometimes utterly biased methods of Swedish Television is the Swedish-British doctor and author Thomas Jackson.
Dr. Jackson has now in an open letter written to SSPX , Swedish media and to newsmedia in Bavaria and made it known that he himself is willing to go to the court in Regensburg, Germany, to give witness that he regards journalists producing and editing this specific programme as pure gangsters.
Dr. Jackson writes in his open letter that he himself 2006, like Bishop Williamson, was severely victimized by the political multicultural agenda of the programme that “hates all conservatives”.
Dr. Jackson, psychiatrist by profession, was interviewed regarding “totally quiet and paralysed refugee asylum seeking children” an epidemic that has been running in Sweden for years. And Dr. Jackson, an expert on malingering and illness deception, with over 30 years of experience as a doctor, whereof many years abroad, tried with references to international medical textbooks to explain for Swedish Television the overwhelmingly amount of diagnostic criterias existing in academic textbooks clearly showing that the epidemic is a clearcut “Group Malingering by Proxy” hoax.
In this epidemic children are intimidated, abused and even severely traumatized by the adults that force them week after week, month after month and in some cases year after year to stay absolutely quiet and immobile in bed in order to make it easier for the family to be granted asylum. This as a very ill child according to Swedish law make it easier for the family to be granted asylum in Sweden.
Dr. Jackson was interviewed by the same responsible editor as Bishop Williamson was, namely Nils Hanson at Swedish Television. Nils Hanson denied Dr. Jackson every possibility of explaining the tragic epidemy from an academic medical perspective. Instead Nils Hanson arranged Dr. Jackson to be interviewed by one of Hansons very leftish, in fact communistic, reporters who biasedly edited and cut down a two hours interview into 3-4 minutes portraying Dr. Jackson as a rightwing conservative extremist that just wanted the children to be sent back to their country of origin.
The programme, i.e. the same that interviewed bishop Williamson, systematically hid all academic facts that easily explain the tragic epidemic in Sweden as an extremely severe malingering by proxy epidemic. British Medical Journal questioned in December 2008 whether the epidemic is “pure hoax and severe child abuse” with thousends of innocent refugee children as victims.
The reason why the tragic epidemic still, in this very day, continues in Sweden, the only country in the world where an epidemic like this exists, is according to Dr. Jackson without doubt the bias of this specific TV-programme that has a method of working that is deeply unprofessional from a journalistic and ethical perspective as it just aims for sensation. If the sensation is true or not, staged or not, is clearly secondary.
Dr. Jackson is convinced that if Ali Fegan or Nils Hanson would give witness under oath in Regensburg it would be embarrassing for Swedish Television and it would probably result in themselves coming under allegation for consciously and in an unfairly way provoking, editing and instigating a scenery which served their own cause, not the bishops or mankinds.
The reason why Ali Fegan refuses to give witness is yet not known. Many, including Dr. Jackson, believe as mentioned above that Ali Fegan fears that a witness under oath where he is asked questions about the set up for the interview would be unfavourable for himself and that this is why he prefer to neglect the German prosecutors calling to court.Sanna Hill
We have to wait and see what happens with the prosecution against the Bishop. The German prosecutor wonders why the reporters from Swedish Television are not coming to his court but tells German media he will investigate other possibilities to convict Bishop Williamson for his opinion relating to how many Jews were killed during WW2.

Amazing! Bravo to Dr. Jackson for speaking out and now I can understand why the Swedish TV journalist doesn't want to go to Germany.
